Challan

1. OC Number: Select the OC Number to automatically populate the Buyer Details, OC Date, and Challan Date, along with the items.

2. Document Series: Select the appropriate Document Series.

3. Items: Enter the store information for each specific item.

• Attachment: Add any attachments (if necessary).

• Comment: Add any comments (if needed).

• Terms & Conditions: Include any terms and conditions (if applicable).

• Manage Signature: Add a signature (if required).

• Draft: Click on "Draft" to save the inquiry as a draft for later editing.

• Submit: Click on "Submit" to send the inquiry.
