Purchase Quotation

In Purchase Quotation, you can see the quotations submitted by vendors in response to purchase inquiries.

Actions

• View Quotation: Click the View button to see the quotation details submitted by the vendor.

• Print Quotation: Click the Print button to print the quotation.

Workflow Approval

• If Approval Workflow is enabled in setup:

• Only assigned members can approve the quotation.

• Other members will not be able to approve it.

Cancellation

• Quotations can be cancelled if they are no longer required.

• If cancellation rules are enabled in setup:

• Only authorized members can cancel the quotation.
