Projects

  1. Click on "Add New Projects".

  2. Name: Enter the name of the project.

  3. Managers: Select managers from the dropdown who will oversee the project.

  4. Project Code: Enter a unique project code.

  5. Start Date: Specify the project's start date.

  6. End Date: Specify the project's end date.

  7. Status: Select the status for the project.

  8. Client:Select the client from the dropdown. If the client doesn't exist, create it from CRM's client module.

  9. Description: Write a detailed description of the project.

  10. Allow Expenses To Be Linked: Indicate whether expenses can be linked to the project.

  11. Enable Billing: Specify whether billing is enabled for the project.

  12. Billing Model: Select the billing model from the dropdown for the particular project.

  13. Upload File: Attach any relevant files or documents associated with the project.

Once the project is created you can see the details of the particular tasj by clicking on "View".
