Step 3:- Salary Details:

  1. Is Remote: Indicate whether the job allows for remote work.

  2. Minimum Annual Salary: Provide the minimum annual salary for the position.

  3. Maximum Annual Salary: Provide the maximum annual salary for the position.

Step 4:- Equity Details:

  1. Minimum Equity: Specify the minimum equity offered.

  2. Maximum Equity: Specify the maximum equity offered.

Smarter Finder: This feature is utilized when creating job descriptions. It matches candidate resumes and displays the match percentage.

Publish: Toggle to publish the job posting on the career page.
