Bank Reconcilation

The Bank Reconciliation module helps users match and verify their company’s financial records with the transactions recorded in the bank account.

  • Payment History View: Displays all transactions such as Bank Payments and Bank Receipts.

  • Transaction Details: Each entry shows the Payment Date, Document Number, Transaction ID, Payment Method, Type, Amount, and Clearance Date.

  • Filter Options: Users can filter transactions by bank account and date range for quick access.

  • Clearance Date Update: Users can update the Clearance Date for each transaction to match the date on which the amount is cleared by the bank.

  • Action Button: Provides the option to edit or update transaction details as required.
